Built into the
jungle, not on it
Seven private villas. Each placed by hand to preserve the trees around them. Floor-to-ceiling glass, plunge pools, and direct forest access — yours alone for the duration of your stay.
Choose your dwelling
Each villa has its own character, view, and relationship with the landscape. None of them feel like hotel rooms.
The Canopy Suite
Suspended twelve metres above the jungle floor on timber columns, this villa lives among the upper canopy. Wake to birdsong at eye level.
The Vertical Garden
A living façade of climbing plants makes this villa nearly invisible from the forest path. Two levels, a wrap-around deck, and a natural swimming pond.
The Zen Pavilion
Low, wide, and still — this villa borrows from Japanese residential tradition. A long reflecting pool runs the length of the terrace. No television. By design.
The Ridge
Pavilion
Three storeys carved into the hillside. Each floor is a different relationship with the forest — treetop at the top, understorey at the base. The structure barely touches the slope it sits on.
Nothing withheld
A dedicated trail from your villa into the old-growth forest. No shared paths.
Every villa has its own water — whether a cantilevered plunge pool or a natural reflecting pond.
Your kitchen is stocked daily. A private chef is available on request — no restaurant queues.
Every Varenui experience — reef dives, kayaks, jungle walks — included in the villa rate.
100% renewable energy. The grid stays out of the jungle. The jungle stays in.
Wi-Fi available. But we've made it easy to leave it alone if that's why you came.
Treatments available in your villa or on your deck — never in a shared facility.
One person. Knows your name before you arrive. Available whenever, however you prefer.
Your villa is
waiting to be chosen
Availability is limited to seven villas. Most weeks book four to six months in advance. Tell us your dates and we'll hold a villa while you decide.
