Low, wide, and still — this villa borrows from Japanese residential tradition. A long reflecting pool runs the length of the terrace. No television. By design.

Three storeys carved into the hillside. Each floor is a different relationship with the forest — treetop at the top, understorey at the base. The structure barely touches the slope it sits on.
